We've never really done it for Smackdown, unless it was a live episode on a Tuesday. Friday nights are usually the "let's go get drunk and try to get strange" nights for some of us. It was like what HHH said during Tough Enough when he was teaching them to throw and take punches, and one guy was still up and he said "If you're stood like that in a match I'd tag you for real".

The indie guys don't seem to understand that the whole point of the match is to SELL THE MOVES, if you don't sell the moves, it's not a wrestling match, it's a Gymnastics Exhibition.

Better to oversell than no sell. Best would be in the middle but I do occasionally like the zany oversell.
