The best part about all that was, someone signed up Colt Cabana up to her mailing list as a joke, so Colt gets this e-mail about Linda being a job creator, and she's fighting for "guys like him", which caused him to go on a rant on his show.

I agree, They have a great bunch of guys who are relegated to jobbing on RAW/SmackDown or they're on NXT and SuperStars, like Yoshi and Tyson Kidd. They also have guys who they just can't seem to pull the trigger on like Wade Barrett.
We say alot about Russo, but at least the guy knows how to make sure EVERYONE is doing something. Hell, I remember watching Metal on a Saturday morning, and they had guys doing meaningful stuff there too.

Finally watched NXT for the first time. Weird seeing Jinder basically ignoring the 3MB gimmick. How doe NXT work logistically? Do they film a bunch in a row?

That's basically it, and I think they do it every other week as well, so there's a backlog of episodes, so Jinder and Drew showing up in their pre-3MB persona is because the episodes are taped a couple of months ago.
