I eat veg, meat, cheese and fish in that order. Lots of fatty (or lean) meat fried with low sodium soy sauce and clarified butter after marinating in mustard and olive oil. No processed food or sugar.
I have ldl and hdl like an athlete.
Digested fat is good for you, fat keeps your brain working. The fat you eat doesn't turn into fat in your body.
If I ate beans and rice now, I'd feel sick for a couple of days.
