That review is a bit extreme. There are things worse then crossfit and it has some good aspects if you have a good coach

My understanding is a big part of Crossfit is olympic style lifts and ketal bells?. Neither if which is particularly common in programs outside of Xfit. I think you are thinking of circuit training

Just look at that guy Mark Rippetoe. He used to be associated with Crossfit, and he's all fat n stuff. Nobody wants to have that body, so don't do crossfit. P90X is much more functional

How is it extreme, given that every point is supported? Kindly refute the parts you think that are incorrect.

Also, just because something sucks even more than crossfit, like, say, Jazzercise, that does not make crossfit a good thing. And how many good coaches are there out of the level one certified coaches? Not too many, or there would not be so many videos of idiots, including coaches, doing everything wrong, and people getting hurt right and left.

Crossfit is tough. It's also trendy, expensive and douchey. So it gets hated on a lot.
