1st time Back Squatting in awhile. Put 100lbs or so on my Front Squat and it seems my Back Squat has gone down. Oh wells. I've been trying to figure out a way to ease back into back squatting and ran across an article from Dan John. He uses Front Squats for his power day, then 10 rep Backs Squats on another day. So I'm gonna try that for a bit and see how it goes. It wont change my current programming at all really. Basically just doing BBB with Squats on my Trap Bar day. If it starts fucking with my lower back I will just go back to FS'ing 2x a week or throw in unilateral work on my TBDL day. Lots of options, I'd just want to give Back Squatting one more shot.
