Once you taken the bite and purely enjoy the awesomeness of the honey crystals and peanut butter making your mouth orgasm, drink milk to break down the peanut butter for easier digestion.

Too much honey is overkills the awesomeness of the two flavors though.
I do this but I microwave the bread with just honey for 10 seconds first.

My bad, I was thinking about flax seed oil and not whole flax seeds. You can read about it here:

And not to burst your bubble, but the body has a notoriously hard time digesting flax seeds that are not ground, so you are getting little if any benefit of having them in your omelet. Sorry.

It's called chewing your food. Try it.

Also, the digestive issues are likely caused by the skin or shell of the seed and the protective enzymes therein which would be broken down/killed/eliminated during cooking.

SHENANIGANS TO YOUR POST. Think before posting. It will save you time and me a headache.

Shenanigans to your shenanigans. Do you know how hard it is to actually chew every single damn flax seed you put on a salad or whatever. Check your shits the next time you eat a bunch and see how many make their way through whole.

And one of the points of of grinding them (aside from nutrition of course) is to avoid cooking them, because it is the heat that creates the free radicals. Though the occasional light toasting probably won't kill anyone.

It should be noted that it is better to buy the seeds whole and grind them as you use them, rather than buying already ground meal, as buying the meal has it's own issues.

As to your headache, the most likely culprit is dehydration, probably due to not taking in water after the diarrhea you spewed out at me.
Drink a tall glass of H20, close your eyes and take 10 deep breaths, and your headache will probably go away.

Happy I was able to teach you something today.
