Best food combination ever

So, I usually mix whole flax seeds into my omelets for some extra fiber and omega 3s - I typically put them in after I lay down the egg - when its still wet, and they partially cook in the egg.

Well, today I decided, fuck it, let's see what happens when I throw them in the bacon grease. My god gentlemen. Flax seed sauteed in bacon grease until golden brown makes them taste insanely good - crisp, crunchy, and fully absorbing the bacon flavor, while eliminating the inherent nuttiness of flax. It reminds me of crunchy popped corn, with bacon, and a bit of sunflower or pumpkin seed texture.

Try it.

I think it would go great in some greek yogurt, with a little bit of feta, lemon and seasoning. I'm gonna cook up 3 tbsp or so and try it next time.

tl;dr:

And some Quinoa would be good as well.

Ever try hemp seeds? got them from Costco and they're amazing with oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and even ice cream.

Sriracha + Anything

PB&J is a close second.

I put sriracha on my eggs in college.

I think a good combo is parmesan cheese and mashed potatoes, it really gives a good, not too sharp flavor to it. I used it with other spices and they were some of the best mashed potatoes I had.

I hate to be the one to point out the obvious, but anything in bacon grease is going to taste good.

I advice you to look into the dangers of heating flax seeds. You may be doing more harm than good due to oxidation of the omega 3 oils.

True story

And concerning flax seeds, I was under the impression that they had to be ground up to get much, if any, nutrition out of them. I'm pretty sure I've read that multiple places

Peanut butter sanwhich with honey. But you put the honey on the bread first then the peanut butter. Then let it sit out for about 10 minute for the honey to crystalize on the bread. The longer the better, but not too long lol. You should see a wet oily spot on the bread. This is good. Once you taken the bite and purely enjoy the awesomeness of the honey crystals and peanut butter making your mouth orgasm, drink milk to break down the peanut butter for easier digestion.

Too much honey is overkills the awesomeness of the two flavors though.
