-Was happy with squats, these were done at the end of a very long day & I was feeling less than stellar, shame I fucked up on loading the weights but hay ho.

-OHP was awful, a deload is in order, just felt like a ton a bricks, even warm ups

172.5 x 5 is no joke, good work. I was meant to deadlift tonight but don't feel fully recovered from my squats & military press sessions so had an extra hours rest in bed instead. Plan on killing it tomorrow though! Sucs about the flu, it's that time of year I guess.

thanks mate, my pull is probably the only lift that I am not a joke at, however I tend to muscle it up rather than using correct form-been doing alot of reps which I hope will carry over to 200+

Also, I have no idea what I had, but my imune system shut down, was difficult to walk or pick anything up & I was sweating shittons

Nice progression with the rep PRs mate. I'm hoping my knee is OK for my deadlifts today. Are you going to go for 200kg before the year is out?

Thanks mang, saw your post about knee problems before, hope you heal up, Ben Nevis will be sure to test that one out. My current 1RM is 195, & I failed at 200 a few weeks before that, but yes before the Christmas break I will smash 200, really I could take 205-210 but I think +5 kilo PR's are good enough!

Also I have just discovered that I have been pulling from a 1 inch defecit as the rubber plates here are only 42.5 cm, where as the calibrated plates at my PL gym are 45. From now on when I go heavy I'll have to see if i can get away with putting a mat under the plates, which should only help
