WMMA sub-forum?

I know this request is a little premature, but how bout it? I know the simple solution would be not to click on anything WMMA if it doesn't interest me, but there is a part of me that feels the need to correct all the misunderstandings surrounding why I don't support WMMA in the UFC.

There's been a poll and the forum seems to be divided, pretty much right down the middle. The discussion has already been had. If the WMMA fans would like to talk about it everyday, at least they would have the avenue to do so.

Anyway, thank you for your consideration in this matter.

I must be dense then because I'm not seeing what the problem is you're seeking a solution to.

Is it that you don't like/support women's MMA, is that the problem here?

Okay TS, I've studied your OP again and I'm going to take a stab at this.

So there was a poll made to see who likes and who doesn’t like women’s MMA, indicating a 50/50 split pro vs con, and based on that you’re saying that this indicates a problem requiring a solution to which your answer is that we should segregate all topics on women’s MMA into a sub forum so that the 50% that don’t like it aren’t subjected to viewing these threads in the UFC main forum.

Is that about right?

I don't think its about people supporting WMMA or not supporting them. It's just like threads after fight night. Every single person needs their opinion to be heard. Because each one is so different.

Yet we end up with the same thread repeated over and over.

I guess it will eventually die down though.

Maybe the TS really does need to spell it out here then because you've interpreted the OP completely different from the way I have.

I'm not seeing the connection between your reference to redundant threads after a fight card with the TS's mention of a poll and a separate sub forum for women's MMA.
