Should I get TITLE Incredi-Ball -OR- TITLE Platinum Punch Mitts

Which mitts are better? Is it worth spending the extra dollar to purchase the Platinum mitts. Or, are the two mitts close enough in performance to go with the cheaper counterpart? Or, do you guys think there are better mitts out there in this price range?

The incrediballs are fine, but don't expect them to absorb anything. They have the curved shape you probably want, but they're rather thin and very hard. There's certainly lots of pop to them when you hit them...
I don't have any experience with the plats.

I used the Incredi-Balls mitts before and they work fine, but they don't last too long.

I have the incredi-ball mitts and for the price they are very good. That being said they are like murmik described, thin, hard, and don't absord much shock. As a holder it wears on your shoulders after a while. Mine are still holding up well but they only get used by other people I train with since I have nicer ones. There are a scores of better mitts out there but probably not for $30. It is all up to your budget as to the platinums I cant say I have never used them.

Thanks for the input. thats all I needed. I read a handfull of Incredi-ball reviews which praised them so much that I was wondering if I should get them over the more expensive Platinum's, which was hard to find reviews on. The Platinum's look like quality for a good deal so imma go with them.

Since we obvious don't know crap about those Platinums, feel free to weigh in on them when you get them

Good decision. I hated my incredi-ball mitts and returned them. The plastic bag padding was rock hard and absorbed nothing, though for $30 I guess you get what you pay for.
