Well that video was reps at 120kg. When I get up to the 130s the depth gets harder to make and the form looks a bit more ropey.

Can I join the race? My current 1RM low bar squat is 355 lbs at body weight of 220 lbs. And it was deep, with no belt or wraps or anything. My goal was to join the 4 plate club by the end of this year, but I had some setbacks. Following this thread might give me some extra motivation.

In for this. I'd like to hit 405 by early next year.

Right now I'm doing the Texas Method and my last max was 335x3 at 170~ lbs body-weight. I'll be doing max singles my next time through the program.

i hope its not a big deal that my squat is unknown right now bc i cant even do it. im basically racing to rehab and to even squat again. the last leg workout i did was 8 plates x10 leg press. i dont know how much info that is lol

Last set (1+ set on 5-3-1 week) at 137.5kg. or 303 pounds?



Not a weight PB but a RM at that weight. Legal squatting?
