Can I join the race? My current 1RM low bar squat is 355 lbs at body weight of 220 lbs. And it was deep, with no belt or wraps or anything. My goal was to join the 4 plate club by the end of this year, but I had some setbacks. Following this thread might give me some extra motivation.
i hope its not a big deal that my squat is unknown right now bc i cant even do it. im basically racing to rehab and to even squat again. the last leg workout i did was 8 plates x10 leg press. i dont know how much info that is lol
