- jumping from 60 to 70 is more than I usually would when doing reps but I wanted to go up to 72 to get a snatch pr after being frustrated with lack of progress for so long. Was nervous after the miss at 70 but after 5 attempts I finally got it
- knee was starting to act up at 80 so only did one set at that and then 90 so I could go for a pr 97. Got it on my first attempt and other than upper back rounding even the cleans went up well.

- called it here as my patella tendon was screaming at me. Was worried on friday but it's been feeling much better over the weekend.
Despite the knee pain I was very happy with this session as I haven't had o-lift pr's in the full lifts in forever. Looks like the 2 months or so off helped out quite a bit.

Notes: All litfts PRed. As you can see the squat is very tough for me. I pretty much GMed the second set and my knees were coming forward on this set. Anyway, our thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Notes: Felt good. Felt strong. Worked on pushing my knees out. I found that as I was trying to gt as deep as possible, my knees shot forward. Probably due to some mobility limitation and flexibility. I tried not to take the squat into oblivion and drop to just below parallel and it seemed to work. Sorry no video today boys. No one was really available to shoot.
Douchebag shows up and starts static stretching beside squat rack. He's getting ready to slightly knee bend. He always calls me "big guy!" I fucking hate that.

Still getting pain in my shoulder, so I'm back to training three times per week, but only one big Lift per session, plus Assistance. Hopefully this will give my shoulders more time to recover.
I have to admit, I like being able to walk into the Gym, hit one of the Big Four hard, do some Assistance and walk out.
