just do deadlift once a week squat once a week and bench/ohp once a week. no assistance work. low reps high weight. days you do bjj just do a shitload of bodyweight. but honestly it sounds like your burned out mentally. take a month off. dont even let training enter your mind. go eat some pleasure food and have some drinks/smokes if that's your poison. i promise you after a month of this you will be dying to get back in the bjj and weights.

I submit not!
Unless you really need 200 ways to hug another sweaty man to death BJJ is completely useless.

It's very useful for when you drive around in your surprise van.

BJJ may help keep a woman from running away.

Theres gotta be guys that have the same issue as me on here, what did you do to break out? Seriously goddam depressing this is. I know what it sounds like also, it sounds like I want the strength without putting the work in, trust me I know, it just seems like I cant swing it right now and its starting to drive me nuts? Thoughts?

I know that feel ts
Id probably get a few dumbbells and start doing Ross enamait workouts 2-3 times a week if I really didnt have the time or drive to lift. 20min in and out, limited gear. Density training is pretty cool actually and I think would have good carryover to BJJ.
Edit: didnt read the shit storm after the op until after I posted :/

Funny you should say that...I don't practice it but had to pull a triangle on my buddy to stop him punching me in the face when he was drunk at this shindig one time. Sure, we were messing around but it's still fun as hell to know a few moves here and there.
