Vermonts first MMA show "Burlington Brawl"!

It is October 20th , 7:oopm at the Memorial Auditorium . It is presented by BJJ Revolution Team . More info at www.revolutionfighters.com . Check it out if you get the chance .

I spent my summers of childhood in Burlington, I'd expect a large pouring of protest for the event, maybe even state interference. Guarenteed protesters that come out for all the wrestling shows will be there in force.

I'd be surprised to see them let MMA shows go on much longer without any kind of legislative action banning them, its just the way things run with the lawmakers up there.

I thought the same , but no one has said a bad thing yet . It is being advertised on the radio and has had some t.v time has well . I'll post what happens after the show .

i agree , i also lived there for a summer and fall seasons , and it seems like if everyone knew somebody might hit someone they would protest for months about it .

that is overkill guys. I lived in Vermont for 27 years and it isn't that ridiculous. I lived in Montpelier where the legislature actually is as well. I also promoted 2 pro wrestling shows when I was in the area and didn't run into one problem and I had farely large gates.
