Well, apparently FB & sherdog don't play well together, so if you're a friend on FB you can see it but I can't post it here.
Kinglee, I'm sorry that I have to pay my ex over 40% of the income I work about 98 hours a week to earn, but the divorce? I'm fucking ecstatic that shit finally happened. And the maintenance will end so it'll be all right. Know why divorce is so expensive??? Cause it's worth it!!!
lol, that's kind of what i meant...is there anyway of just linking the facebook video & making it public, I just want to see the squat, not be your FB buddie
Okay, you people sit tight, hold the fort and keep the home fires burning. And if we're not back by dawn . . . call the president.
This will be the home of my new gym in a few weeks. We move in on the 16th. 3500 square feet, a 2-car garage in the front and the above garage & carport in back. I'm thinking that carport will be the new home of my prowler instead of keeping it in the back of my truck And the garage will house a power rack with counterbalanced mono lift arms, 2 barbells, my SSB, and about 1500 lbs in weight plates. Next I need to get a good bench and another weight tree.
Also, I'm working on getting the squat video from the other day so I can upload it to YT and post it here.
The hottest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality during times of great moral crisis.
This is how I get videos from facebook downloaded onto my computer to put onto youtube. Basically you just need Mozilla Firefox, then download "Download Helper" and install it. Watch the video on facebook, click the download helper icon and it'll let you save it onto your computer and then just upload it to youtube.
