Conditioning
Incline walk- 46 mins/5.0km, warm up to 6.5kmph/12%
I think it's been about 9 incline walks over the last two weeks. They're much easier now, making them a breeze and allowing me to focus more on the TV show I am watching. Noticing declines in body fat too. So it seems to be working.

3/2/12 Saturday Weigh In Results - 181.6
Bodyweight has gone from 204 --->195.2 --->191.8 --->192.4 --->189.4 ---> 188.2 --->185.6 --->184.8 --->185.2 --->181.6
I was really happy with this so I celebrated with a steak egg and cheese bagel, shrimp chimi changa, philly cheesesteak pizza, and probably around 20 beers. I think its safe to label Saturday as a "cheat day". This puts me within a half pound of what my goal for the year was, but I am not content with this so now I plan on getting to 175 and then seeing how I feel from there.

Haha yeah I had him in mind when I posted that. Not sure what ended up happening to that kid, but whatever he is doing I hope he is winning at it.

Sunday 3/4/12
Conditioning Workout #19
10 hill sprints.
Got inspired to do these from a thread in the main forum. Also as punishment for making some very poor nutrtional choices this weekend. They were tough and I am still breathing hard now. The hill is about 25 yards long, but very steep. I stopped at ten because I have squats tomorrow, plus ten is plenty anyways.

210.4 for my first official TMTJ weigh in. Already down 2.6 lbs. this month, tough I can drop 2.6 lbs. with a good BM.

Did you see the thread he posted in Diet & Conditioning? It was like "The OFFICIAL Sherdog 2012 weight loss competition". One of the mods, maybe XTrainer, posted "Official?" and he went off on the mod, saying that the mod was undermining his and everyone's efforts, or something like that. Eventually he regained his cool. I think he somehow thought that if he called his thread "Official" it would be more real than this one.
