Don't really like Jamie Foxx acting, and I didn't really like Brad Pitt in Inglorius Bastards, although I liked the film. Christoph Waltz stole the show in Inglorius Bastards, but I was also impressed by many of the other actors/actresses, Mélanie Laurent, Michael Fassbender, Daniel Brühl etc.....
I just hope that if Jamie Foxx sucks, which he probably will, then the other actors will make up for it.

Tarantino Finds Editor and DP for Django Unchained
Quentin Tarantino, as did friends, family and colleagues, suffered a great loss with the passing away of Sally Menke. She had been more than his editor on all his movies, she had been his right hand, and many wondered who would be able to succeed her in this role as the editor. Judging from IMDB and New York Times listings, Quentin might have found this successor in Fred Raskin, who had previously worked as assistant editor on the Kill Bill movies (and the Fast&Furious movies) and will be the editor on Django Unchained. Agency documents also illustrate that Robert Richardson is back as director of photography on Django Unchained. This is welcome news to the fan world, which as long wondered who would fill these previously unclear gaps in the crew roster for the movie.

Holy shit man..
Thats wild.
I can't imagine that scene in pulp fiction with the 3..2...1 countdown of the adrenaline needle without that editing...
A lot of scenes like that come to mind where the editing is brilliant.
I hope its still real good.
Im sure Tarantino is in that room with them for a big chunk of the time also though.
So things should be good.

Title Song for Django Unchained to be Multilingual Version of "My Way"?
An interesting morsel has popped up over at the Dutch site RTL Boulevard in which singer Mick Harren says he's been asked by Quentin Tarantino to deliver a multilingual version of Frank Sinatra's classic "My Way." Uh...okay. Apparently, Tarantino stumbled across Harren while surfing the internet (lord only knows what he was actually looking for) and was apparently impressed by Harren's supposed resemblance to Michael Madsen. What that detail has to do with anything, we have no idea. But clearly, if Tarantino sticks with the game plan, he's going to once again put his own unique spin on things in the soundtrack department. You can listen below to Harren singing "Sweet Caroline" and then try and picture him taking on "My Way." That should be....interesting. Though we suppose it would be perfect and somewhat ironic end credit music.
