Albert Kraus joins Glory World Series.

After 10 years of fighting for K-1, Albert Kraus has made ​​the transition to Glory World Series. With many beautiful memories, the first K-1 max champion , thinks back to the time with the organisation which brought him worldwide succes and fame. However he is ready for a new challenge. Glory has given him a great oppurtunity. Albert will additional to the usual kick boxing matches also start a boxing carreer. The glory management offered Kraus their fully support in managing this part of his carreer. Several years Kraus has a strong desire to show his boxing qualities in the pro boxing circuit. The first match will be announced soon but will be later this year.
The Glory World Tournament will be his first goal, but after that will soon follow the first steps in the boxing circuit.

Good! I love his style and he's a tough brawler that puts on exciting fight...Will be nice to see him go up against the other tough pressure fighters in the tournament.

For some reason I always thought he competed as a boxing in his early career but looked it up and I guess I was wrong.

I think he did as a junior / amateur, but switched pretty early on. Boxing is all but dead in Holland.

I wonder why so many fighters are going the GWS way and not the K-1 way. Is it because they pay better? Or is it because they don't trust K-1 anymore? This sucks, we will have 2 OK shows (at best!) this year instead of a single MAGNIFICENT one!
