This is such bullshit. Look how he was just itching to say that. He's just trying to talk up Glove-Lover. Yeah, he is a good fighter and had a perfect UFC debut, but I don't think anyone in the LHW division, especially Shogun, who has never turned down a fight, would duck him. Dana lying?

I doubt it. Fans have bombarded Dana on twitter with your kind of commentary and Dana hasn't backed down an inch. I'm willing to bet given the inconsistencies with Shogun's camp on the injuries of other fighters, that they're the liars and not Dana.
Don't forget the key point made by Dana. Shogun refused to fight a "no-name, unranked" opponent in Teixeira, but took the fight with Brandon Vera "in two seconds." Vera is hardly ranked Top 20.

Dana's just saying it how it is, he literally said, "he doesn't want to fight this guy", and he didn't. Why else is he fighting fkin Brandon Vera? So why are all of you calling bullshit on this again? O.o

Yeah, Shogun needs to man up here. He will fight Vera, but no to Glover. That's not the heart of champion and he needs to explain this decision to his fans.
If he says he will fight Glover, then make it happen right now. Call Dana and make it happen. Obviously Dana wants this fight and if Shogun called him right now, I guarantee Dana makes it happen... but I don't see Shogun calling and asking for this fight. Instead, he will say he didn't say this (when he could prove Dana wrong by taking the fight publicly and calling Dana and Joe).
Who thinks Shogun will actually ask for this fight now? It won't happen though, so don't hold your breath.
