So the code comes with every new copy, so if you just bought it you don't have an issue.
If somehow you have already purchased a used copy, you pay $5 to play online, considering you didn't pay full price, not a big deal imo.

Where does it say you pay $5? It says you have to purchase a code. It could be full priced.

No its for PS3 user too. But sucks more for Xbox live user because not only are you paying a year subscription to get on line you have to pay per game to play online. While we get it for free and just pay per game to play it online.
