Most good fighters keep a logbook of techniques. It's highly encouraged by most instructors in BJJ and you will find most of the top BJJ guys do it or did it.
WHat's wrong with keeping a book of moves, your thoughts on them, how they work for you and notes?
It shows you are a dedicated and cerebral fighter who actually wants ot learn.
