PED regulation in MMA but not bodybuilding, powerlifting

Does anyone actually think people like Ronnie Coleman were all natural? How come state athletic commissions do drug testing for MMA but not bodybuilding and powerlifting?

at a guess, bodybuilders hurt themselves and 100% of it lies on themselves

fighters hurt other people, people who perhaps dont use

The athletic commissions are for combat sports only.

They're considered exhibitions, not sporting events. That's why.

Powerlifting on more 'high profile' events has tests....

Probably why many 'absolute' world records are being set somewhere in garage, lol.

Bodybuilding events could be as well scrapped without PEDs.

Plus the lack of money in these sports, particularly powerlifting, makes it even harder. Not as if sponsors are falling all over themselves to promote powerlifting. Hell, or weightlifting for that matter, even though it gets testing.

All this negative talk about PED's must be hurting the thread starters business or something.
