Liddell ''Shogun is not among the greatest fighters''

The american will be at the ''Mineirinho'' arena on Saturday (23) to attend the UFC 147.

I do agree Anderson is on a higher level, but Shogun is great and has a very great resume. At least on par with Liddell's. So if Shogun is not great, Liddell is not great either.

Well no one is as great as Anderson Silva, except maybe GSP or Fedor. No shame in that, Shogun has fought better competition then Chuck and has a better record then Chuck!

Wow. At first I read it as Shogun saying Chuck wasnt among the greats. Either way its complete BS! Sure he may not be ranked alongside Anderson but neither will Chuck.

If I made a greatest fighters list, shogun would probably be on there but at a low ranking.

Well, if Anderson is the standard for being 'great' Shogun isn't great. Neither is Chuck or anyone else except maybe Fedor and GSP.

Pretty much. Which is probably what Chuck means that he's not Anderson Silva , GSP great.

Anderson, GSP and Fedor are currently above everyone else. But Shogun is among the best LHW's ever and also overall has one of the greatest resume's of any MMA fighter:
