Johny Hendricks Has a Good Chance To End GSP's Reign
He has the power to put him down and put him out. I wouldn't put him as the favorite or even pick him to win, but he has a better chance than any of his latest challengers. GSP has been hurt before in his career, in his last fight even. Johny has a chance to do it. Make it happen Dana.
Don't give me that Hendricks = Koscheck shit. Look a little more in depth. Hendricks is a south paw, which makes doubles much harder and helps nullify his lead hand. Hendricks has more power in his hands and better, more diverse standup. How many top 10 KOs does Koscheck have? Zero. He has only one top 10 win and all he did was lay on Paul Daley. Lets quit acting like GSP destroyed Koscheck in the wrestling in their two fights. In the first fight GSP had two takedowns and Koscheck had one, and in the second fight Koscheck scored a TD and stopped more than half of GSPS's shot attempts. Though Koscheck has little bit better wrestling than Johny, the difference isn't that much. They are completely different fighters.
GSP leaves himself open at times. Also, he sets up his TDs with his strikes from the pocket, which puts him in danger. If he tried to set up his TDs with those combos, he could get dropped. He got dropped in his last fight! It is definitely possible.

I sincerely do not doubt it. Carlos hit Georges with some nasty shots tonight. If Hendricks works on his set-ups and maybe a bit of kicking, I have no doubts that he could beat GSP and decisively.
He'll get stapled to the mat by Georges and never escape. GSP 50-45.
I think he can stop the takedowns and get up if he gets taken down. It would be a good fight, I am not saying Johny would definitely win. I just think he has the best chance to do it. He has the power and he has good wrestling as well.

I knew this thread was coming. No. GSP will destroy him. He won't be able to land that left hand like he could on guys like Kampmann who have lacking striking defense.
