Fertitta Brothers in Bankruptcy Court for 7 Billion Dollars???
So I was just watching a clip on youtube of the latest episode of Inside MMA w/ guests Joe Rogan, Mayhem Miller, and Mark Cuban. They were discussing the legalization of MMA in the state of NY. During the episode, NY state assemblyman Bob Reilly suggested that the Fertitta brothers are bankrupt and are in bankruptcy court in Las Vegas and Reno for 7 billion dollars (starts at 1:55 into the video).



Is there any validity to this claim? Reilly said a lot of other things that didn't make sense but not sure where he got this information from. Its the first I've ever heard of anything like this. Anyone have info on this bankruptcy issue on the Fertitta bros?

Most businesses use bankruptcy as a tool to stay on top. You go bankrupt, liquidate and then start all over again with the money saved.

The Station casino businesses that they own are getting hosed because of the bad economy. It is possible they could go bankrupt, or the UFC could be sold to make money to prop up the casino business.

theres a bigdifference between 150 million that article claims and the 7 billion the senator is lieing about

the fertitas should put a civil suit against that congressman for slander if the 7 billion dollar bankruptcy is untrue
