Is Dana White ruining his Image by gambling on sports?.
Dana White is a gambling man, so when his hometown Boston Celtics were in the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers, he had some of his Hollywood/Southern California buddies coming at him hard. So what did White do? He bet them, including rap star Snoop Dogg, to the tune of 20 G's. White and Mark Wahlberg combined to bet $40,000 against Snoop and comedian Mike Epps.
The bet went up in smoke when the Celtics lost to Los Angeles in seven games.
With tons of big stars in Las Vegas this weekend for New Year's, the UFC president ran across Snoop and an interesting crew of followers. It was no surprise to see White pay off the bet during a recent Vlog (5:40 mark).
How does no one see that this looks so bad for the ufc. The fucking ceo is a big gambler. IMO this ruins the integrity of the ufc big time. I wonder if he places bets on his fighters???
Your thoughts please.

glad to see you put some thought into your thread this time. by way what happened to your other one? I was rather enjoying it. I see your back down to 145 so you blew your own thread out of the water cause you didn't enjoy the ass reaming you were getting.
Really truthfully get off your soapbox. Are you Dana's dad? No your not. Dana betting is not an issue so as long as he is not betting on the UFC or making fighters take dives to secure his bets. Let the man have some fun and quit being such a nit picking prude

As long as Dana doesn't shave anyone's contracts to pay off the bookies.

It's illegal for Dana to bet on his own fighters. But I don't know what makes you think he's doing that.
All gamblers are not degenerates. He has the money to spare, anyway.

Did I miss where gambling in Las Vegas was illegal? The company is owned by a fucking Casino boss and his brother!

So what if he did or didn't. Doesn't make any difference it was pride not the UFC.

no. average joe's don't care. and UFC is, if nothing else, followed by average joe's.
plus, he has no commission to answer to. so unless someone sues him personally, or there is a congregational sub-committee that looks into it, there is no one to tell him he cannot.
if there are any shenanigans with bookies over UFC & gambling, a much more highly likely scenario and congress getting involed is that he's just found 1 morning in the desert with a hole in his head. and he's smart enough to know not to pull any bullshit.
