Some of you guys can't think for yourselves, or have really low IQ's.
Why did Big Nog go to UFC?
What was left for him chasing Fedor around when he was already physically and mentally defeated TWO TIMES, TWICE.
Chasing Fedor around was a losing proposition for him.
He went to make a name for himself elsewhere, where he would actually have a chance of being Champ (and when he beat Sylvia, that's what happened).
People tend to forget, that for as long as Fedor was around, Nog would never again be champ, but he goes to the UFC and becomes champ overnight.
Why did CroCop go to the UFC?
Same reason as above.
Stick in the same organization as Fedor, and your chances of being champ = virtually none. He faced Fedor, he lost, AT HIS OWN GAME. He left to seek glory elsewhere, where he had a better chance at least.
What happens when Dana co-promotes? He tends to get humbled.
What happens to Dana's ex-champs when they face Fedor?
They lose every single time and have yet to even make it out of the 1st round (save for Fedor-Coleman II).
Dana outright refuses to Co-Promote because he will get humbled beyond belief this time when it comes to Fedor. He knows it, Fedor haters know it, and yet they want to pretend otherwise.

Alek was fighting in Azerbaijan a few months back, the man was even carrying an Azeri flag. he would do anything for a fight it seems.

Why did Big Nog go to the UFC? Money
Why did Cro Cop go to the UFC? Money
Why didn't Fedor go to the UFC? Money
Also, Big Nog wouldn't be a champion in PRIDE again because the WAS NO PRIDE when he went to the UFC.
Simple.

I give Lesnar a little more credit. He wasn't hiding forever in the minors like Velasquez and Carwin. Lesnar just joined the fray recently. And he pretty much has faced the best the UFC had to offer, though they had little to offer. A win against a washed up undersized Couture is still a win. Not to mention his other wins (I thought he was robbed in first Mir fight too). I don't take issue with Lesnar's ranking at all.

Lesnar was robbed in the first Mir fight? Mir submitted him.

The idiocy of this post is incredible.
You got it spot on, Dana just doesn't like being proven wrong that's why he won't co-promote, apparently guys like Shogun, Wandy, Nog, CC are all scrubs and Fedor was the real and only fighter worth signing, none of these guys could beat Fedor and everyone who signs with the UFC is doing so in order to not have to fight Fedor.
You should never make a business decision in your life because those of us on here will be forced to use our tax dollars so you have microwave burritos to munch on daily.

M-1 are offering one fighter.

Not to mention M1 is basically saying to the UFC "hey guys we will let you have Fedor fight for you, but in return you have to give us 50% of your profits, you have to promote our brand, you have to sign some of our other M1 affiliated fighters nobody has ever heard of, and also we don't have to help you pay for the production, venues, marketing, ect. We will just sit back and let you guys do all the work. Deal?"

I didn't say Pride, I said in the same Org as Fedor.
It doesn't matter if it's Pride, Strikeforce, Affliction, Dream, or what have you.
For that matter, it's already been debunked that Dana made Fedor an offer he couldn't refuse.
M-1: Fedor Not Offered $30 Million
Furthermore, we all know why Dana refuses to Co-Promote a special one match fight between his champ/contender vs Fedor.
You don't really have to think long and hard about that, if Dana really wanted to test Fedor he could, without also trying to outright own him and his likeness.
M-1 and Fedor have always said that they would be more than willing to have a 1 fight Co-Promotion, but Dana refuses to do that. He would much rather outright own Fedor and disband M-1. Why is that?

Would it hurt so much to send Brock or Carwin to Strikeforce for a one-off fight vs Fedor? I mean Fedor is a "can" "not even top10" and "afraid of the UFC HW's" - according to Dana...
So why not just go steal his thunder?
Do it in DREAM if you don't want to legitimize another domestic organization.
