Could you see Roy Nelson completing this workout???

* 500 squats
* 200 push ups
* 200 sit ups
* Sprints while carrying a man of near equal weight on their back
* 2-mile (3.2 km) run with a man of equal weight on your back
* Repeated runs up and down bleacher steps
* Bear-crawls up steep hills
* Lugging heavy barrels of water and sand bags up steep hills

all back to back?

According to Wikipedia this is workout required to join Shamrock's Lion Den, which Roy is member of.

I not see him doing 200 push ups or running 2 miles with a 265er on his back or 500 squats. lol this workout is bullshit

Why is the workout bullshit? Mental toughness is arguably the most important aspect to MMA success, and this is a mental asskicker if there ever was one, not to mention a mental asskicker Ken Shamrock, himself, was put through in the early days of his own training.

And I think you are selling Roy short. He may look like the token fat kid from the playground but I think he is far more athletic than people give him credit for.

Its bullshit that Roy Nelson did it is what I meant... I know this work out is very mental but he would physically collapse trying to carry someone his size 2 miles especially after finishing all the prior exercises

not to mention sprinting with a 290 pound man on his back lol

The push ups are out of the question for starters, he'd get a quarter of the way down and his gut would already be on the floor
