What do with sweaty dri fit shirts and compression shorts?

In my gym we have to wear our gym shirts that represents our belt for No-gi and striking class. If I could I love to wash these shirts right away but I have to wait two days because I need to wash my gi with it. In the mean time how and where should I keep them to stay clean and remove sweat odor.

I been damping in them water and leaving them outside but I want to know if there is a better method.

I would be wasting money and water washing one shirt per day in the machine.

Learn to hand wash your clothes. You can wash a shirt in a sink with little difficulty, and hang it up to dry.

Personal tip: Add in some vinnegar to the water and soap in the sink, but make sure you rinse it well afterwards.

Hang drying your compression gear extends its life significantly. Don't put it in the dryer. I've got a lot of shirts and shorts, so I use them for class, hang them during the week, then wash on the weekends, and hang the clean stuff up so it will be dry by the start of the next week. Anyway, I think your method is fine as long as you aren't using the dryer.

Do you have a garage? Go get a clothing rack and hang them in there. I use one of these in my garage and wash my gear all at once.

Just use some water to rinse off your compression gear after every use, then hang dry it until you're ready to wash it. If it starts getting stinky anyway even after washing it, soak it in a vinegar-water mix overnight prior to the wash and it'll be good to go again.
