Devices to Measure Punch Speed ?

Any one know any devices to measure punching speed ?

I saw a pad that you wrap around a heavy bag that has sensors and tagets. When the taget lights up you punch it and it meassures the speed of your punch/kick and it throws out combos but I don't remember where I saw it at.

I actually have one of these (below) in my garage. Looks pretty cheesy, but it's actually quite grueling trying to keep up. Nice change of pace from the heavy bag for speed/coordination work. He's taken a few nice shots from my PrimeTime's...
