Nicolas Cages Trainer/Diet and Workout Routine

First off has anyone seen Ghost Rider? Its not the best movie buts that besides the point. If you saw it you probably noticed how freakin' ripped Nicolas is. in the scene when he start "snapping his jaw" to see if he can transform into Ghost Rider. Okay this brings me to my point does anybody know who he trained with for this movie? And this is deep, but does anyone know his diet and workout routine?

It's probably not anything super amazing. Nor related entirely to performance, unless he trained with a Crossfit team or those guys who did 300. Otherwise, the basic nutrition and training rules would apply.

They CGI'd the fuck out of his "abs." It looked about as real as when his head turned into a flaming skull.

He looked absolutely awful at Pride in Vegas. Among my fellow viewers, Cage and his fruity son were the #1 topic every time he was shown on screen.

i dont get why we need someone else's routine to be convinced of it. If you look around and see what people have to say in terms of training and diet, what works is what we post. If "Nicholas Cage" and whoever had diets and training regimes that worked... we would have already posted a training regiment that was similar to it. I mean why would we use something that didnt work while knowing some actor used something better?

Exactly, just like the "300".

Couldn't agree more. Clean eating and exercise is what works 100% of the time

Isn't the guy a BJJ black belt ??
If it's the case, then he's been training consistently for a while.
