How is this diet for cutting?

Breakfast - 400c

1 Bannana
1 Eggv
1/4 cup of Skimmed Milk
Dash of Cinnamon
2 Slices Wholemeal Bread

Snack - 200c

1 Slice Wholemeal Bread

1 TBSP Organic Peanut Butter

Lunch - 150c

1 Bannana

1 Apple

Snack - 200c

1 Slice Wholemeal Bread

1 TBSP Organic Peanut Butter

Dinner - 350C

1 Fillet of Chicken Breast
1 Wholemeal Wrap
Various Vegies

Snack - 200c

1 Slice Wholemeal Bread

1 TBSP Organic Peanut Butter

TOTAL 1500C

I am weighing 151LBS and must weigh in at 140LBS in 4 weeks time on a day before weigh in.

I have never cut water weight so if anyone can suggest how much i should cut in water and how i do it, that would be helpful.

I also Train boxing for 1 hour a day 5 days a week and run for an hour twice a week.

That diet is horrible for cutting, unless 1,500 is well below your maintenance intake. If you REALLY want to cut, cut out carbs from your diet until weigh day. You might feel like shit, but youll lose weight fast. This means no bread, fruits, milk (unless its unsweetened soy or almond) etc.

Lower fat, raise carbs and reduce starchy veggies while keeping calories slightly reduced for the couple weeks before your event and drink plenty of water. Three days before the event, cut all carbs ans salt. You will lose a lot of water weight. Lower water intake and dehydrate.

This is what I do. I get the three day figure because I am all nerves (Or am when I compete well) and cant really eat before competition, so thats where I set my cut at.

Rehydrate with your method of choice. Glycerol, Pedialite, Plain Pasta, ect.

If needed, salt bath method cuts water effectively. But an 11 lb cut is nothing diet cant fix with simple dehydration.

Ok ill hopefully lose about 5lbs by dieting in the next 4 weeks and then cut 6 lbs from lowering carbs and salt and then salt bath any remaining on weigh in day.

For rehydration do i just need like one bottle of pedialite or should i be taking many?

Spend a $100 and talk to a proper dietecian, not random fools on the net.
