Definitely sounds like the right thing for me in that case, you have lost quite a lot in a pretty short time. For cardio/fat burning, I usually run for at least 45 minutes 3-4 times a week but just can't to make a breakthrough it seems. Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check it out.
