Air squats? Do you mean "jumping squats"?
Since your into bw stuff you could try this nasty little drill for the legs if you like:
Start with a wallsit for 1-2 minutes, then directly jog 30-50m and do 20 jumping squats explosively, then jog another 30-50m and do 40 hindusquats, imediatelly sprint back to the wall you started with and resume the wallsit. That is one -rotation-, complete as many rotations that you can before you cant walk more, and no rest at all...;) (all numbers can naturally be adjusted...)
I have done that drill a few times at submissionwrestling practise a few times now and let me tell you its a killer....;)
