Good articles on Nick Diaz's cardio training?
I was speaking to someone at work recently whos an avid marathon/triathlon runner but doesnt have a clue about MMA about Nick Diaz and his insane cardio. Had a quick google myself and cant really find any good articles i can show my friend, anyone got any?
