Deadlilfts - Mixed Grip Preference

For those of you that do mixed grip, which hand do you supinate (palm out)? Also, which hand do you favor in athletics (are you left handed or right handed)?

Thank you for your time.

Never really deadlifted, but back when I brolifted, I would always alternate them when I did shrugs.

Just curious though, why do you want to know?

Left hand is palm out.

Golf, bat, play hockey right handed.

Throw right handed.

Fight orthodox.

Snowboard left foot forward.

Because I'm right handed and it seems I'm stronger supinating my left hand and I want to know how it is for others.

I'm the exact same.

I switch my mixed grip every set, though.

I alternate, but i think I supinate my left hand more, maybe 2/3 of the time. I'm right handed.

I'm right handed and I supinate my right hand when I lift heavy. On my warm ups and lighter sets i'll switch back and forth

I supinate my right hand. I eat with my left, write with my right, strike orthodox, throw with my right, and brush my teeth with my right.

Enough info for ya
