Ceatine... what happened to you my old friend?
I used to take Creatine back in the old days when I was into bodybuilding. Life has since changed and my training has become performance oriented.
This is going back some 5 years now, but I remember Creatine leaving me feeling bloated. And I'd rather not have that feeling again. On the positive side I also recall having some tremendous lifting days when I was using Creatine.
So I took a look at my favorite supplements page and found there are six choices when it come down to ordering Creatine; you've got Micronized, monohydrate, buffered, ethyl ester, Creatine HCL, and Creatine Magnesium Chelate. Which is the way to go?
shoot... this was supposed to be in the supplements page....., can I get a move?
