Jui-Jitsu in Maryland

im wondering wheres the best place to train MMA in the area, preferably south of baltimore and north of DC

It really depends on where you live, the area isn't very big (miles wise) but you can spend alot of time in traffic.

That being said.

Ground Control is in Baltimore.

Lloyd Irvin is in Camp Springs.

Evolve is in Gaithersburg.

Yamasaki is in Rockville.

If you are just starting out any of these places is good, I would pick the one that is closest to you. No reason for a beginner to spend over an hour sitting in traffic to attend classes. Just my opinion though.

im not exactly a beginer im a decent grappler but im looing to mix in striking i hear lloyd irvin is over priced, ground control is a bit out the way, ill check out yamasaki if the have a web site
