I've seen a couple of interesting videos on youtube recently, that are basically this French Judo expert going through some solo drills that you can use to improve some throws. I don't understand French, and I don't understand much about Judo either, so I'm wondering if anyone here who has a better understanding of either might take a look at the videos, and tell me what they think. I've been practising the Uchi-mata drill in this video, and it seems to be helping me out:

Also, in this one, is he saying that you can sometimes lead with your right foot first if you're throwing right-handed? Seems unusual, but like it might work...

Also I like the footwork thing at the end of the second video. It's like he's saying, if you step this way, then it's harder for your opponent to know when throws are coming, I think.
