BJJ at home workout routine
Does anybody have one. I'm assuming most everyone here is like me, in that you can't spend nearly the amount of time training that you would like to. So, I've started doing a workout routine that focuses on my BJJ game. I use stretching, breathing, some core exercises, grip, hip movements/flexibility, and drilling positional escapes and positions. I'm still picking and choosing what I like and changing it. So who else has a routine? What are the most helpful things you do on your own that have the greatest effect on your grappling?
