Best Foods To Eat Night Before Tournament? (assuming You Already Weighed In)

what would you recommend? steak? chicken? what will give me the most performance the next day? i weigh in at 7 pm tonight and have all night to eat, and morning, but i think there was another thread about what to eat the morning of the tournament. i haven't weighed in the night before ever, usually at this point im starving myself until the morning.

No man don't eat that shit it was a joke haha.. as I've heard you shouldn't eat fried food either but what the fuck do I know, wait for some good replies.. I'm just making this thread stay on top of forum with this ...

well i don't know what's BEST to eat,but last time i weighed in the day before i went and ate a big ass steak afterwords..because i was very hungry and limiting red meat for my diet.


May not have been the best for my physically, but it was a damn good steak, and was very good for me mentally :p

No, usually the morning of the tournament...some of them are right before the match though.

And cutting weight and dieting to lose weight are two different things...

the night be fore i carb load, with pasta. water is a big part of my diet, day of water bannana & packs of honey is what i eat pretty much
