I currently do muay thai (just started out been doing it for 3 months) and I do that about 3 times on the weekdays only (I work weekends, I like to call it my recovery time :P) I'm due to progress anytime soon to General level and wanted to ask you guys what you thought about me training 3 times a week?

Note: I do other martial arts, as to add on to my whole mma game, so if the striking times I do a week seem less then this is due to the other martial arts filling in the spaces.

My timetable is pretty hectic and I'm happy that I managed to fit MT in 3 times in a 5 day period. I also do BJJ 3 times a week and greco roman wrestling on Mondays and wrestling on Thursdays.

Thanks
Haru

Don't get me wrong, I like Overeem. I've just never heard anyone saying that in regards to Hunto ... Surely that's noteworthy. His win at K-1 in 2001 was FAR more significant than Alistair's. And, although Overeem held titles in MMA & K-1 at the same time, I'm just surprised that it's not usually touched on when discussing Hunt.
