So if we're pretty much evolved to eat and fast and eat and fast, that's what's kind of called intermediate fasting. </i><br />

I want to take it as a supplement, and it's easily available all over. <br />
<br />
however, my main point of confusion is how MCT oil relates to coconut oil. Apparently coconut oil can contain as much as 55% MCT oil by mass - but I have yet to see a referred or academic source which can confirm that, just random forum posts that seemed to be pulled out of their ass.<br />
<br />
Does anyone know what the relationship between these two oils are? <br />
<br />
if coconut oil truly contains 55% MCT, I'd rather cook/eat 2 TBSP of CO a day rather than take MCT separately, as both are high in calorie.</div>

I think in 2 weeks I could get to 192 lbs (I'm currently around 188) and was then thinking of using the 4 weeks left to slowly bring the weight down and retain as much size as possible. <br />
<br />
What do you guys think of this? Is this sensible? Am I vastly overestimating the time it takes to cut the weight? This is the first time I've cut weight properly, as I used to weigh 155 and fight at lightweight.<br />
<br />
Edit: I should also say I'm pretty lean. 6,2 at around 12-15%bf.</div>

<br />
I am trying to eat 2,500~ calories everyday and that's the only thing I'm struggling on. <br />
I often get to 2,000 or so short but then I feel like puking.<br />
<br />
So what I do is, because I have to work, school then take care of family / home, I have very little time to myself.<br />
<br />
So I found some little secret, by eating Subway I can get in 1,000 calories in one meal. Then I only have 1,500 calories to worry about. The rest of the 1,500 calories I get from eating with family and protein shakes (Cytogainer).<br />
<br />
Any other place you guys can recommend that'll give me an easy 1,000+ calories in one go? I can't eat Subway everyday. Subway seem healthy because I can select my own veggies, etc but it'll gets old eventually.</div>
