Celiac Disease Cases Are on the Rise
We had my wife tested a couple of years ago because she was having bad symptoms and the doctors weren't figuring it out. She was about 30 when her symptoms really started.
No history of celiac disease in her family. It leaves me to speculate about other possible reasons for the rise.
